28-oz can tomatoes
4 whole chicken breast cut in half
1 onion chopped
half a green pepper chopped
2 carrots chopped
2 ribs celery chopped
1-2 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1/4 cup hot water OR can of chicken broth
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover. Cook on high 2-3 hours OR on low 5-6 hours.
OR
let simmer on stove for 1 hour-ish.

Thanks for posting! I can't wait to try it out. Is Turmeric hard to find? I haven't seen it at my local grocery store. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong section.
